Eligibility

Age - Dogs may begin attending daycare at 8 weeks of age, as long as they have successfully completed worm treatment.

Sex - All dogs must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months old.

Weight - The weight maximum is 100 lbs for dogs that romp and play. It is 110 lbs for dogs with a lower activity level.

Vaccinations - All dogs must be current on, and provide proof of, vaccinations as advised by their personal veterinarian. All vaccinations must be current for at least 1 week. At a minimum, they should have Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and Parvovirus. Rabies is required for puppies over 4 months of age.

Health - All pets visiting the center must:
  • Be in good health
  • Not have stitches. Spayed and neutered dogs can return after they have their stitches removed.
  • Not have a communicable condition.
  • Be on a flea and tick control program.
  • Pass our temperament evaluation (performed on first day following the interview).

Behavior - All dogs must be non-aggressive. Owners will certify that their dogs have not shown aggression toward any person or other dog. Inappropriate dog behavior can result in termination of daycare use.

Application - All owners must complete an Enrollment Form and sign an Owner Agreement Form and provide proof of vaccinations.

Fees - Fees are paid in advance of services being rendered.

Hours - We are open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. Late pickups after 6:30 pm will be charged $1 for each minute late.

To provide an environment that our guests can enjoy, we may not be able to accept excessive barkers or dogs that play very roughly, even though they may be non-aggressive. However, most dogs that have been to training class, go to off-leash dog parks or have canine buddies do very well at daycare.

We have the right to refuse any dog that we feel poses a risk to our dog guests or staff.
